Fragments of anxiety is a protein project that accompanies my own journey of anguish and healing. Started in 2020, following my first crisis of anxiety, it unfolds through different mediums — theatre, video, writing, drawing — like as many fragments of the same inner journey.
This cycle is both an attempt at exorcism and an artistic research: understand fear, incarnate, share it.

Not a Sound Came Out of My Mouth
Theatrical text that explores the silence imposed by anguish. When the word blocks, the breath breaks, the body becomes the only possible language. An intimate narrative that makes visible invisible.

Journal of Liberty

Hybrid project between text and video, Journal of Liberty mix captures, narrative and real fragments published on social networks. An artistic notebook that documents, over the days, the slow recovery of self.

Cree

Anxiety is a cry without sound. In CreeThis cry is made of pencil, scratch, color. The drawings become the extension of an inner presence, a crude translation of the emotions that pass through and crack the body.
